Cells at Work!, Vol. 5 by Akane Shimizu

My rating: 4 of 5 stars


This time was all about the lactobacteria in the gut and one cell's desire to protect these adorable little guys from the immune system. (and I finally found where they noted who was the medical advisor for this because this is really good) So it's a White Blood Cell volume.

It also returns to the idea of cancer and how they're a body cell gone bad and how the regulatory T Cell works.

These are always hard to review without giving things away but yes this is a fun volume and the art is outstanding.
